Attention Area Governors, Club Presidents and passionate members!

If it's not feasible for your club to present the 1.5-hour workshop "Moments of Truth," check out the "CAT" (Club Assessment Tool), a simple 5-to-10 minute survey designed to help clubs assess their strengths and weaknesses. This survey provides an easy way to see where to develop goals for improvement.

District One gathered a team of experienced Toastmaster leaders to design and create this tool. By looking at the characteristics of strong clubs, they were able to determine what makes a club thrive, the "best practices" which can help other clubs grow and become strong.

Individual club members may fill out the CAT together or separately, or a club's Executive Committee may fill it out as a group exercise. Use it to help your club find ways to improve!
