Critical Success Factors

Toastmasters measures a District's success by the following:

2% NET MEMBERSHIP GROWTH

Sample Calculation
A District with a per capita base of 1,000 must have 1,020 per capita payments on June 30

3% NET CLUB GROWTH

Sample Calculation
A District with a Club base of 99 clubs must have 101 paid clubs on June 30 which is a net gain of 2 clubs

A District with a Club base of 100 clubs must have 103 paid clubs on June 30 which is a net gain of 3 clubs

CC's AWARDED - 3.5% OF BASE PER CAPITA PAYMENTS

Sample Calculation
A District with a per capita base of 1,000 must have 35 CC's on June 30

AC's AWARDED - 1% OF BASE PER PER CAPITA PAYMENTS

Sample Calculation
A District with a per capita case of 1,000 must have 10 ACs on June 30
