Maintain a Mentoring Program

Having a formal Mentoring Program will:

• Help you attract new members
• Help new members learn the Toastmasters program more rapidly
• Increase member participation in Club activities
• Help members achieve communication and leadership designations faster
• Help increase member satisfaction
• Help retain more members
